Responsibilities
Manage, grow, maintain, engage existing community across all digital and non digital platforms
Engage potential customer on variety of outlets including online forums, groups, group chats, social media platforms, in-person groups, and more to reach all potential customers where they are
Create, organise and manage regular events for (non)community to boost brand awareness and enhance engagement
Create and execute innovative ways to grow and engage community
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews from communities
Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams to publicise and promote the event
Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
Research opportunities for new clients and events.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements
Proven work experience as a event & community manager at least for 1 year
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) at least for 1 year
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
