We are a technology consultant for enterprises who solve problems for various industries through our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, maintain, engage existing community across all digital and non digital platforms

  • Engage potential customer on variety of outlets including online forums, groups, group chats, social media platforms, in-person groups, and more to reach all potential customers where they are

  • Create, organise and manage regular events for (non)community to boost brand awareness and enhance engagement

  • Create and execute innovative ways to grow and engage community

  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews from communities

  • Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements

  • Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams to publicise and promote the event

  • Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently

  • Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events

  • Research opportunities for new clients and events.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a event & community manager at least for 1 year

  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) at least for 1 year

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

  • Attention to detail
