We are a technology consultant for enterprises who solve problems for various industries through our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. Responsibilities

Assisting culture and engagement program creation, alignment, and execution throughout all functions
Assist in the team’s administrative and operational tasks (scheduling, compiling & organizing data, etc)
Additional responsibilities within the People Culture team as assigned

Requirements

Final year student majoring in Management, Psychology, or equivalent (Preferably fresh graduate)
Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa & English)
Have experience in hosting events is a plus
Have a strong interest and eager to learn about building company culture, people engagement, and experience
