The Challenge
KSA wants to improve their warehouse, which was previously operated mostly using a manual system. Since the warehouse stores spare parts and materials for internal use, they also wanted a warehouse system that could be synced with the accounting system they currently use.

Based on the needs, Prieds Implemented the Prieds WMS with Material Usage feature. The Material Usage feature is used for warehouse that store stocks intended for internal use.
Prieds also added several customization based on the needs, including making and tracking outgoing stock letters
(surat keluar barang) from the Prieds dashboard and
maintaining cross-docking stock.
Prieds also integrated the Prieds WMS with Accurate Online, the accounting system KSA is using.

Tracking Vessel Stock Consumption
KSA can now easily track stock consumption for each of their vessels because Prieds WMS also tracks which vessels the stock will be used for when it is taken out.
No More Loss Because Double Take of Stocks
Stock-taking for one Outgoing Stock Letter can be done only once, preventing a loss from the letter being used multiple times.
Stock Adjustment & Accounting Integration
When the stock is being taken or used, KSA can now input the expense classification in the Chart of Accounts (COA) directly on the Prieds dashboard, and it will automatically sync with the COA in the accounting system.
