The company operates a distribution warehouse where many processes were still conducted manually, making them prone to human error.
Since they handle both outright sales and consignment transactions, the company needs a warehouse system with concrete inventory monitoring to keep track of these stocks. They also wanted to integrate the warehouse system with their existing accounting software.
Its products also already had unique barcodes but needed a way to utilize the barcodes they had generated.

Based on the needs, Prieds implemented the Prieds WMS by storing the company’s existing barcode as a product identifier for inventory tracking.
Instead of generating new barcodes, warehouse staff can scan their existing barcode on each box to verify product authenticity and trace product history in case of issues.
The Multi-site Warehouse feature allows the company to monitor inventory for consignment transactions easier as well as rejected goods.
Prieds WMS was also integrated with Accurate Online, the accounting system already in use.
